Summary
We’re looking for an approachable and experienced People Operations Manager to join the Euclid team. As the company’s only HR expert, you will tackle areas such as onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, company culture, performance reviews, training and development, compensation, payroll and benefits coordination, as well as day-to-day administrative operations. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy and would like to help us define and maintain our unique and fun culture as a Euclid Ambassador, you might be the perfect addition to our team!
Responsibilities
* Employee Lifecycle - Manage it all--from onboarding to offboarding as well as employee retention. * Employee Relations - Partner with managers, handle day-to-day employee inquiries, and take on sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and candor. * Benefits & Compliance - Work with our third-party vendors to maintain our perks and benefits while staying updated on California legislation. * Company Culture - Be the ambassador and face of Euclid! Also help plan team events and company offsites. * Professional Development & Mentorship - Developing our employees’ careers is deeply important at Euclid. You will help in this effort, which includes driving performance review cycles, structuring engagement surveys, and defining professional growth programs. * Employee Productivity - Ensure that all Euclideans are happy and effective! Be a trusted partner and resource to everyone in the company.
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of HR experience in a startup or within a technical company * BA or BS Degree * Current knowledge of CA and/or SF employment laws * Excellent communication skills * High emotional intelligence (EQ) * Team and culture-building experience * PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
