Summary
The Zuora Administrator will support all aspects of system configurations, activities, and reporting for our sales and finance departments. This is an individual contributor position that must have an analytical background to assist in trouble shooting system issues, as well as provide day-to-day Admin support. This position requires substantial communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and collaborate with other IT teams including application development, testing, operations, and the project management office as well as internal business customers and external vendors.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day end-user support on the Zuora subscription billing platform (including system configuration, system maintenance, and support of billing team on billing research and problem solving) * Assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Zuora. * Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security). * Create and manage custom fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. * Lead configuration and setup for expansion to international countries, including country segmentation of reports and data as well as support of multiple currencies * Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with sales territories. * Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc. * Mass upload new data and amendments * Research changes in upcoming versions of Zuora and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Help support integration and related process flows with Salesforce.com * Develop, provide, and maintain custom reports * Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross- functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting. * Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs. * Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Zuora vendor
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline * 5 years of cloud CRM or similar administration experience * Experience with transacting business in multiple countries a plus * Self-directed individual who is a self-starter and team player * Strong business process and analytical skills * Focus on quality * Ability to think strategically and implement iteratively * Strong solution design and facilitation skills; Able to facilitate the solution design process working collaboratively with cross functional teams. * Excellent communication skills, written and oral. * Ability to identify process improvements and develop and present a business case. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Zuora administration * Salesforce.com experience a plus
