Summary
As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in support of the various functions of the Tillster marketing team (Brand Marketing, Creative - UX/UI Design, CRM, Analytics). A typical day would require juggling multiple responsibilities and interfacing with cross-functional teams across the span of the organization located in multiple offices (LA, SD, Atlanta). You will be assigned projects that you will coordinate from start to finish, as well as execute ad hoc tasks as required by the business. We are looking for someone with a great deal of enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
* Provide tactical project oversight in the successful execution of marketing deliverables in support of programs and tools that are showcased in sales opportunities (sell sheets, tradeshow materials and logistics, etc.) * Provide input into project plans developed by cross-functional teams, specifically around priorities, scope, timing and resources available * Acts as the Project Coordinator on assigned projects, overseeing and collaborating with all internal partners in creative (UX/UI), analytics, product management, PMO, engineering, sales, QA, and finance to ensure successful execution of key strategy efforts- on time, on budget and at the quality promised * Create, maintain, and revise detailed project plans and timelines, along with reporting job progress to the Marketing teams * Leverage Marketing processes, procedures and tools to accomplish tasks * Prioritize multiple projects and demands to ensure efficient and effective project completion * Support Sr. Director, Marketing Operations and Chief Marketing Officer on ad hoc duties as assigned * Other duties as required or directed
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated project coordination skills with the ability to facilitate project workflow using project management workflow tools * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Ability to work well under pressure and to easily adapt to changes in priorities to meet marketplace and business needs * Understanding of marketing, sales and product development culture * Minimum of 1-2 years working at an advertising agency, marketing firm, corporate in-house marketing/creative services department, interactive agency, or combination thereof, preferably in the software industry * Strong proofreading skills * Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to translate complex ideas into clear and simple format * Strong facilitation and communication skills required * Event/Tradeshow Coordination Experience a plus * Copywriting/Editorial Experience is a huge plus * Bachelor's degree required * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Strong MS Excel and PPT) * Understanding of file types for creative deliverables (e.g. AI, JPEG, TIFF, etc.)
