Responsibilities
* Process day-to-day daily employee transactions including input/update changes and maintaining data in HRIS systems
* Help maintain employee files
* Help audit and clean up HRIS system data
* Assist with on-boarding new employees and assembling new hire packets
* Issue password resets to employees
* Prepare employment verification letters
* Help prepare anniversary gifts/letters
* Assist with employee engagement events
* Perform other special projects or duties when required and provides general administrative support
Ideal Candidate
* Must currently be enrolled in a university (Seniors preferred)
* Must have strong interest and desire to pursue a career in Human Resources
* Business Major with a concentration in Human Resources preferred
* Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
* Ability to prioritize workload and multitask
* Demonstrated strong work ethic
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
