Summary
Tintri is looking for a talented Supply Chain Program Manager to join the Operations group. In this position you will work as part of a team developing supply chain strategies for next-generation Enterprise Storage software and systems, with an initial focus on managing the important ECN (Engineering Change Notifications) process. This is a cross-functional and cross-organizational role.
Responsibilities
* Work across the supply base to identify and document upcoming changes and EOLs (end-of-life) for suppliers’ products used in Tintri’s systems. * For each ECN, work with Engineering, Quality, Ops, manufacturing partners and other groups as needed to assess the impact of the change and develop the appropriate plan of action. * Coordinate, facilitate and track execution of ECN/EOL action plans to ensure smooth transitions, uninterrupted supply and minimal excess costs. * Maintain a master schedule of ECN/EOL projects in flight and upcoming, publish an up-to-date dashboard of programs status and provide formal reports and informal updates to Operations management on a regular basis. * Lead and participate in various projects and initiatives within Operations, as the need arises.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field * 3+ years of experience in supplier/supply chain management * 3+ years of experience as a program manager for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Enterprise product company * Demonstrated program management skills including, project planning, work breakdown, schedule management, task management & getting results through others. * Exceptional ability to solve problems and coordinate with global team members * Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the company. * High level of personal and professional integrity. * Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility. * Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with the willingness and ability to take on multiple roles.
