Operations Manager

The Judge Group services the IT and engineering needs of its clients. Their solutions are successfully delivered through a workforce of 4,500 professionals and an international network of over 32 practice offices.

The Judge Group is currently seeking an Operations Manager for a large manufacturing firm in the Wayne, NJ area. The qualified individual will provide leadership to the operations of the plant.

• Provides leadership to plant operations
• Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
• Drives the safety culture of the facility
• Manages the activity of production workers
• Leads the plant production and areas of quality, supply chain, technology, and capital engineering
• Directs engineering personnel regarding operations and projects
• Applies corrective actions
• Plans and directs maintenance activities
• Establishes priorities for all work related activities

• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a production or operations or engineering managerial role
• Experience in any large manufacturing environment
• Experience managing a large-scale P&L
