Summary
The Judge Group is currently seeking an Operations Manager for a large manufacturing firm in the Wayne, NJ area. The qualified individual will provide leadership to the operations of the plant.
Responsibilities
* Provides leadership to plant operations
* Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
* Drives the safety culture of the facility
* Manages the activity of production workers
* Leads the plant production and areas of quality, supply chain, technology, and capital engineering
* Directs engineering personnel regarding operations and projects
* Applies corrective actions
* Plans and directs maintenance activities
* Establishes priorities for all work related activities
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred
* At least 5 years of experience in a production or operations or engineering managerial role
* Experience in any large manufacturing environment
* Experience managing a large-scale P&L
