Responsibilities

* Build comprehensive expertise on all products in the Quality Management Systems domain
* Closely collaborate with your counterparts on the other Product Management teams drive each product forward in reliability, relevance, integration and quality
* Own and maintain the backlog and roadmaps for all products in your portfolio
* Own, design, champion, and drive alignment on the to-be vision for your portfolio
* Effectively manage technical or user-driven escalations to rapid, satisfactory resolution
* Partner with your peer Product Managers, inside and outside of our team
* Successfully manage your stakeholders and bring them along on the journey

* You roll up your sleeves, you mine the data, and when you can’t figure it out, figure who to call
* Understand Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle (PDCA Cycle) and be able to absorb new information quickly and see all the interdependencies, and act
* Have a command of the standard quality management business processes like CAPA, 8D, 7 Step, Non-Conformance, Supplier Management
* Collaborate, engage, and listen to your stakeholders and let them be a part of the solution

Ideal Candidate

BS/BA or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Operations, or Finance discipline; MBA a plus
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Experience in Quality Assurance in a Manufacturing environment.
12+ years of experience across program, project, and product management roles
Experience developing large scale, enterprise-wide solutions for complex, multinational organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
