Thycotic is looking for a Recruiting/HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced HR team. Working with our VP of HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will be a key player to help manage our recruiting and onboarding processes to create the ideal candidate to new employee experience. This role will participate in full life cycle recruiting activities, employee onboarding activities, and other HR/ administrative duties.
* Assist with job description creation, job setup on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and track, and process candidates throughout the interview process * Build applicant pool by placing job advertisements, using social media, job boards, and Internet sites. * Help assess candidate qualifications by conducting phone screens and some initial candidate review. * Manage team interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, and being a liaison to each candidate as they go through hiring process. * Perform reference checks and offer follow up. * Ensure all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screen protocols are completed. * Onboard new employees by coordinating all internal parties and scheduling and conducting new hire orientation meeting. * Maintain rewards and recognition database and assist with program. * Coordinate various management training and employee engagement events and activities.
Ideal Candidate
* Ideal candidate has stellar attention to detail skills, strong planning and organization skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines * Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and understanding of the confidential nature of Human Resources. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years working in high volume fast past business environment * Specific recruiting or HR experience a big plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
