The Foundling is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to support its dynamic IT team. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming helpdesk calls, but generally not responsible for providing direct technical support.
  • Assign tickets to helpdesk team members, coordinate schedules with users, dispatch the helpdesk staff onsite when necessary and generally stay on top of each issue until it is resolved.
  • This is a customer-service role, not a technical role, but a successful candidate will have experience working with a professional helpdesk environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • HS Diploma/GED required; BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of helpdesk experience.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Must type 60 wpm.
  • Comp TIA A+ is a plus.
