Helpdesk Advisor

Bozzuto is an experiential residential real estate company that creates extraordinary experiences of home and community. The company's areas of expertise lie in homebuilding and multifamily development, as well as construction and management both for itself and its clients.

Bozzuto’s Strategic Business Solutions Department is seeking to add a Solutions Advisor (ideally specializing in Yardi Software) to their team. The Solutions Advisor will provide first-level property management software support to all of the site users for Bozzuto Management Company. This role will provide technical support to software users, answer questions or resolve problems for clients via the helpdesk. Software programs include but are not limited to: Yardi Voyager, RENTCafe, PayScan, CheckScan, OneSite and YieldStar.

* Day to day support of Property Management Software programs via the Helpdesk (Yardi, OneSite, RENTCafe) * Day to day support of programs including credit screening, payment processing, revenue management, etc.) * Manage and test software upgrades/conversions * Prepare and validate data entered into Yardi on new/take over properties * Train site staff on Bozzuto policies and procedures * Troubleshoot all issues on software interfaces (Utility Billing, Vaultware, Lead2 Lease, PayScan) * Update user manuals as needed * Analyze various issues within all software to maximize the use of the products * Support and collaborate with other Departments (Accounting, Marketing, and Training) on resolving software issues * Assist Sites with Month End Closing issues * Assist as needed with Property Audits, Take-overs and Due Diligence work * Implement new software products to roll out

* Detail oriented, the ability to multitask, and must be organized * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to give very clear direction * Ability to work with minimum guidance and to establish priorities to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively with the pressure of deadlines and unexpected tasks
