Level 3 Technician

* Break Fix, POC (act as main contact for service center, in charge of space, manage inventory, basic break fix, triage and direct lower level techs)

* 3-5 years desktop support/helpdesk experience, deployment or migration experience * Able to run general diagnostics on the computer & diagnose software/hardware compatibility problems * Take apart computer& rebuild * Install/uninstall/configure programs in Windows * Performing software upgrades * Putting build on system * Provide support after new systems are rolled out. (primarily software – not much hardware). * Excellent customer service skills * Good verbal and written communications skills * Able to multitask with no loss of performance * Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites * Ability to follow processes and procedures * Knowledge of commonly-used Tech Support concepts, practices, and procedures * Must have laptop, desktop and printer break/fix experience * Able to work an 8am – 5pm shift Monday- Friday * Must be able to pass 10 year Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen * Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs
