Summary

Client in Greater Concord is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their office.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain electronic and paper files
  • Create Excel reports
  • Write correspondences
  • Make copies, send faxes and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Properly route agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process
  • Work directly with other administrators to complete assigned tasks
  • Provide assistance to the team as needed; research, data entry, etc.
  • Provide support to various managers to stay on task
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in Construction, property management, or insurance industry experience is a PLUS!!!!
  • Required: Strong Excel & Word skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to work quickly to meet necessary deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to communicate well
  • High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
