Summary
Aerotek is hiring for an entry level administrative assistant in the Fishers area! This is for a family owned construction company looking for an administrative assistant to take on project administrative roles! Candidates will learn the industry of the construction business and handle administrative support tasks for project assistants and the reception duties.
Responsibilities
* Fill in for receptionists * Perform basic clerical duties such as; updating systems, file documents, and research information * Change orders and update contracts for construction bids. * Update tracking documents and certificates for insurance forms * Type contracts for bids.
Ideal Candidate
**Preferred Experience** * 1-3 years of experience in administrative or professional setting. * Experience working with Excel, Outlook and Word * Preferably someone with construction background, but it is not a must have. * Proficient in Microsoft software * Ability to correct customer orders **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 1-3 Professional working experience
