Role Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum 8-10 years of technical IT project management experience
* Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; must be able to effectively communicate business concepts to technologists and technology concepts to business partners.
* Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must possess ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company with internal and external customers.
* Scheduling and budget management experience.
* Strong organizational, detail, analytical and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain composure, exercise good judgment and act in a professional manner when challenged; ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative working relationships.
* Advanced level skills in project management software.
* Experience with property & casualty insurance.
* Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
* Advanced customer service skills.
