Duchesnay USA, Inc. has made a strategic business decision to partner with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions to launch its Women s Health product in the United States. Duchesnay USA is a leader in pharmacologic solutions in the obstetric patient. Publicis Touchpoint Solutions seeks a passionate and experienced District Sales Manager to join their pharmaceutical sales team in support of this Client.
The District Sales Manager will develop, implement and monitor strategic plans for the district in order to deliver results. The successful candidate will also motivate and manage a team of sales representatives through strong leadership skills, professional development and coaching.
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA degree required
- Women s Healthcare product experience preferred
- Product Launch experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare sales experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare sales management experience preferred
- Outside field sales management experience required
- Ability to recruit, retain and develop highest quality staff; ability to manage turnover and vacancy process Track record of meeting/exceeding project objectives
- Record of positive client relationship management skills
- Valid Driver s License and in good standing
- Ability to do 65% overnight travel
