About Technical Innovation
The Technical Innovation organization is constructed to provide the highest level of expertise in our industry for all of the various technologies available to accomplish the communication and collaboration requirements of our clients. We are uniquely positioned because of the team of experts that form each of our specialized technology groups.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Identifying and pursuing business opportunities for Technical Innovation * Networking with people in the commercial real estate, architectural and construction management communities to locate new project opportunities * Establish relationships with end users in the facilities management and IT departments * Candidate will develop and execute a business plan that: * Proactively contacts net new prospects through referrals, cold-calling, email and other electronic media * Closes business in line with the established sales quota
Ideal Candidate
* 5-7 years of outside sales experience * Self-motivation to maintain a high activity level * Experienced user of software CRM tools (Sales Logix knowledge is a plus) * High level of professionalism (excellent oral & written communications skills) * Strong preference for individuals who can demonstrate MS Office skills * Desire to work in a thriving, high energy work place * Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities * 2 year degree from accredited College or University * Team mentality
