CARFAX is the vehicle history expert for used car buyers, sellers and the automotive industry. CARFAX created the Vehicle History Report in 1986 and continues to develop innovative services – like CARFAX Used Car Listings and the myCarfax app, a virtual garage, that make it easier to buy, sell and own a used car. We maintain a database comprising over 14 billion vehicle history records from more than 92,000 sources worldwide, adding new sources, and more records, daily.
Responsibilities
* Call/Visit corporate markets to obtain the authorized signature on CARFAX contract applications. * Develop and isolate corporate contacts using industry contacts, previous customers, cold calling, follow up, etc. * Maintain strong internal partnerships, working as a team collaborator * Maintain a minimum targeted outbound telephone occupancy rate of 28 %+ daily and 6+ dials per hour to secure a minimum of ten new franchise dealers prospects/conversions contracts per month. * Record ALL business calls in our tracking software (Salesforce) and update customer information. * Position will be 80% inside sales and 20% outside sales * Focus on franchise dealers.
Ideal Candidate
* 5 Years sales experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Detail oriented, able to multi-task, and organized * Proficient in MS Office products and call management system * May require up to 25% travel
