Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the VP of Product, the Solutions Engineer will collaborate with our Client Services and Sales teams throughout the enterprise sales process, and will be a key factor in closing business.

  • As a product expert, the Solutions Engineer helps our clients understand the benefits of the Synthesio offering and how they can leverage the features and functionality to accomplish their desired business objectives.

  • This role is a results-oriented team performer with the motivation and skill to drive the technical pre-sales process.

  • Some key responsibilities include building and delivering custom-tailored product demonstrations based on critical business issue, responding to RFP/RFI proposals, delivering roadmap presentations, and offering recommendations on digital and social strategy.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of either commercial enterprise software pre-sales experience or implementation experience in Fortune 1000 accounts

  • Strong enterprise application experience presenting a SaaS solution to business professionals, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Support, PR, and Market Research.

  • Ability to understand customer issues and map high level business issues to the technical solution and to provide a roadmap for the customer’s success.

  • Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

  • Ability to convey customer requirements to Product Management, Product Marketing and R&D teams.

  • Prior experience working in a high growth, technology based startup preferred.

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
