Solutions Engineer

Reporting to the VP of Product, the Solutions Engineer will collaborate with our Client Services and Sales teams throughout the enterprise sales process, and will be a key factor in closing business.

As a product expert, the Solutions Engineer helps our clients understand the benefits of the Synthesio offering and how they can leverage the features and functionality to accomplish their desired business objectives.

This role is a results-oriented team performer with the motivation and skill to drive the technical pre-sales process.

Some key responsibilities include building and delivering custom-tailored product demonstrations based on critical business issue, responding to RFP/RFI proposals, delivering roadmap presentations, and offering recommendations on digital and social strategy.
Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of either commercial enterprise software pre-sales experience or implementation experience in Fortune 1000 accounts

Strong enterprise application experience presenting a SaaS solution to business professionals, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Support, PR, and Market Research.

Ability to understand customer issues and map high level business issues to the technical solution and to provide a roadmap for the customer’s success.

Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Ability to convey customer requirements to Product Management, Product Marketing and R&D teams.

Prior experience working in a high growth, technology based startup preferred.

BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
