Customer Service Representative for Transactional Resolution

(Boise, Idaho)SYKES is a global business process outsourcing (BPO) leader in providing comprehensive inbound customer engagement services to Global 2000 companies, primarily in the communications, financial services, healthcare, technology, transportation and retail industries.
Works to resolve reported fraudulent activity on customer accounts through third party data sources and transaction verification with customers. Communicates with customers via letters and inbound and outbound phone calls. The goal is to help our customers resolve their concerns from fraudulent activities on their account.
- Review fraud cases to investigate potential fraud losses on accounts
- Help our customers resolve their concerns associated with suspected unauthorized activity on accounts.
- Work directly with customers and merchants to investigate and determine the final outcome of fraud cases as well as the financial responsibility associated with the transactions in question
- Conduct investigations to determine validity of transactions
- Verify account activity and customer activity
Basic:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of Fraud experience
- Time management and self-drive are essential to this role
