Customer Service Representative

Mary Kraft Staffing is partnering with an exciting call center in to place a motivated and passionate customer service and sales representative. This call center has a very modern and fun atmosphere- located in a “green" building, casual dress code, and lots of great perks (including an onsite gym for all employees!) The position is located in Hunt Valley, MD. This would be a great position for an early career candidate (any degree is welcome)!

The call center's hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. You would receive a 40 hour shift and be working five of the six days with Sunday and one other day off each week.

• Provide individuals with appropriate information with regards to our clients service and offers
• Perform high volume inbound/outbound calls
• Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
• handling sensitive information and managing customer accounts quickly and under secure procedures

• Must have 4 year degree or equivalent years' experience
• Previous call center experience (1+ Year)
• Proven excellent communication skills
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (including some weekend shifts)
• Must enjoy reviewing data to improve performance
• Must be able to think quickly on your feet.
