Responsibilities
  • Creates and implements marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborates with internal and external key stakeholders to successful implement a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Develops project plans and provides regular reporting to management on progress towards key milestones and project risks
  • Reviews collateral design and copy and validates it aligns with web best practices and guidelines
  • Performs analysis and reporting on campaign performance to provide insights aimed at improving campaign performance and overall marketing initiatives
  • Manages project budgets
  • Proactively manages project risks and efficiently resolves project issues
  • Facilitates key meetings and provides strategic insights as a part of design conversations
  • Develops project change requests and status reports
  • Review deliverables for quality along with mentoring and developing marketing team staff
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited university
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with marketing and/or digital marketing in an agency environment preferred
  • Experience with brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Prior experience managing people, budgets and clients
  • The successful candidate will have generalist experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including: developing online campaigns that extend across social, web, mobile, online advertising, search, apps, loyalty, etc.
  • Ability to manage projects of the highest quality of work and deliverables for internal/external customers
  • Must be passionate about emerging design and marketing trends and be able to apply them to the business needs of clients
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Must be open to local travel to client sites within the Chicagoland area
