Responsibilities
  • Support division merchants using marketing tools to drive their strategies with an emphasis on promotional elements
  • Develop category priorities and tactics as part of the annual marketing planning process
  • Provide visibility to category Merchandise partners regarding other marketing activities (e.g. brand campaign)
  • Own budget, timing and action, and agency relationships for division campaigns and projects
  • Partner effectively with Events & Publicity teams to share category strategies to allow team to develop strategic approach to business
  • Complete creative assignments based on strategy brief developed by Guest Insights, and facilitates creative direction and feedback to agency
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • Four to six years of relevant work experience; agency experience preferred
  • Excellent decision-making and project management skills
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to be resilient and adaptable
  • Thrives on variety and multi-tasking
