Senior Specialist for Category Marketing

- Support division merchants using marketing tools to drive their strategies with an emphasis on promotional elements
- Develop category priorities and tactics as part of the annual marketing planning process
- Provide visibility to category Merchandise partners regarding other marketing activities (e.g. brand campaign)
- Own budget, timing and action, and agency relationships for division campaigns and projects
- Partner effectively with Events & Publicity teams to share category strategies to allow team to develop strategic approach to business
- Complete creative assignments based on strategy brief developed by Guest Insights, and facilitates creative direction and feedback to agency
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- Four to six years of relevant work experience; agency experience preferred
- Excellent decision-making and project management skills
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to be resilient and adaptable
- Thrives on variety and multi-tasking
