Summary
You will manage all search engine optimization, SEM campaigns and marketing activities as well as be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Responsibilities
* Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns * Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns * Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. * Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing * Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization * Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations * Research and analyze competitor advertising links * Develop and implement link building strategy * Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code * Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming * Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. * Create dashboards and reports on advertising performance for internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis * Stay current on industry news and the latest digital marketing trends
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years in an SEO and PPC role at a B2B company * Proven SEO experience * Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns in Google, and other search engines. * Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition * In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) * Experience with bid management tools * Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints * Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM * Revenue-focused individual with a high sense of urgency and a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics * Strong organization and communication skills * Experience working well in cross-functional teams * Experience with sales and marketing technologies such as SalesForce, Hubspot, Optimizely and Google Analytics * Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vLookup and creating large reports * Strong writing skills * An ability to think outside of the box and gather support for new initiatives * Attention to details in a multitasking environment * Ability to learn fast, balance priorities, and meet deadlines * Positive and influential team-player with strong organizational and time management skills
