Summary
The Product Marketing Manager (B2B) will lead efforts to grow the StackCommerce brand through online initiatives, branding, lead generation, PR, and product launches. A successful candidate will be both a strategic thinker and manager that is also able to roll up their sleeves and get into the details. This role will interface closely with Sales, Business Development, and the Executive Team.
Responsibilities
* **Product Marketing**: Collaborate with product management to create and drive product launches and corresponding partner marketing communication that propels engagement. * **Communications:** Develop and execute a plan for regular internal and external communications through content marketing, PR, social media, and other channels. * **Market Research:** Develop, maintain and execute engaging sales support content to include datasheets, white papers, case studies, blog posts, emails and more. * **Demand Generation:** Define and direct inbound marketing program to create demand and lead generation. Track and monitor all inbound marketing KPI’s. * **Events:** Build and execute a roadmap for both external industry events as well as our own hosted publisher monetization conference in LA. * **Analytics:** Measure what works, what doesn’t work, and drive business decisions based on the analysis of that data. * **Partner Support:** Plan and produce webinars, through collaboration with internal marketing team and external 3rd party partners. * **Sales Support:** Collaborate across teams to support business development in competitive analysis around products and demos for onboarding training.
Ideal Candidate
**What You'll Need:** * Minimum 5 years experience marketing software products and publisher solutions. * A successful track record building and executing B2B marketing initiatives. * Experience scaling companies through both online and offline marketing channels. * Ability and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision of the company. * A solid understanding of web technologies, ecommerce and the digital media revenue ecosystem. * Must be highly organized, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale even in a rapidly evolving environment. * Must have strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales and relationship management. * Ambition, optimistic attitude, and drive; a good balance between competitive spirits with a team-driven attitude is a must. * Must be willing to travel for events and conferences. **Big Pluses:** * Experience at a top-tier start-up, large consumer Internet/eCommerce or media company. * Proven success in building driving lead generation & account acquisition for a Digital Media Vendor.
