Summary
The Operational Accountant will perform accounting and administrative functions to support the Controller
Responsibilities
* Posting and reviewing daily transactions
* Daily account reconciliations
* Monthly internal financial statement preparation
* Assisting with weekly payroll functions
* Assisting with Sales and Use Tax reporting
* Maintain vehicle fleet insurance and registration
* Assisting with annual budgeting process
* HUT and IFTA returns
* Other administrative office support when needed
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of Associates degree in business or accounting
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ability to multitask
* Works well with other team members
* Good attitude to include a friendly personality
