Operational Accountant

Skyworks® is a family owned and operated business in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia and Pennsylvania that specializes in Forklift Rentals, New & Used Sales and Service of Aerial Lifts, Telehandlers and many other types of construction equipment.

The Operational Accountant will perform accounting and administrative functions to support the Controller

• Posting and reviewing daily transactions
• Daily account reconciliations
• Monthly internal financial statement preparation
• Assisting with weekly payroll functions
• Assisting with Sales and Use Tax reporting
• Maintain vehicle fleet insurance and registration
• Assisting with annual budgeting process
• HUT and IFTA returns
• Other administrative office support when needed

• Minimum of Associates degree in business or accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to multitask
• Works well with other team members
• Good attitude to include a friendly personality
