Summary
ShopAtHome.com, one of the largest coupon, cash back, and reward shopping sites on the Web, is searching for a full-time Director of eCommerce & Digital Merchandising to join our team. We are looking for a seasoned marketing candidate who loves data driven marketing, wants to make an impact, and is excited about optimizing our site and mobile experience. If hired, you will work in our tech-savvy and innovative corporate culture conveniently located in the Denver Tech Center.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans related to customer experience, including management of the Shopathome.com site and mobile experience - Manage agile site product management including feature/functionality, requirements, stakeholder management and guidance to the development team - Establish and measure KPIs and program metrics to share business results - Lead a cross-functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy including creating a best-in-class user experience focused on using data to drive conversion and engagement - Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisition, CRM, technology, creative, and sales to define programs and requirements to improve the customer experience - Provide expertise on current eCommerce and mobile industry best practices - Define best practices and manage merchandising to drive highest conversion rate and repeat visitors. - Analyze engagement and shopper data to enhance mobile and site merchandising strategy - Creation of eCommerce and mobile content and digital assets to support sales and drive shopper loyalty - Develop and manage all aspects of web analytics and consumer/shopper insights related to eCommerce and ensure accurate measurement of ROI - Manage and optimize all SEO initiatives to maximize marketing KPIs - Define strategy and execution for content marketing
Ideal Candidate
- 10 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience - Extensive experience managing merchandising leveraging site and user analytics - Experience managing cross promotion product development in an agile environment - Experience managing marketing promotional calendar - Strong SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge - Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills - Outstanding analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills - Strong analytical skills with knowledge of site metrics; experience with Google Analytics preferred - Experience using Tableau and other reporting tools - Detail oriented and self-motivated individual who uses quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making - Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to lead and adapt in a changing business environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred
