Pricing Representative

SCA is a leading global hygiene and forest products company that sustainably develops, produces, markets and sells personal care, tissue and forest products. Sales are conducted in about 100 countries under many strong brands, including the leading global brands TENA and Tork, and regional brands, such as Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.

The SCA North America Professional Hygiene Away from Home (AfH), Pricing team is currently searching for a Pricing Representative. This role will be based at our Service Excellence Center (SEC). The Pricing Representative is responsible for following established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department.

* Responsible for delivering excellent service and support for pricing contracts, renewals, and programs; * Set-up and proactively administer end-users, chains, pricing, and contracts for effective management of deviated pricing in SAP; * Evaluate sales requests and makes pricing decisions based upon certain criteria; * Manage the process for contract renewals, including contract extensions, date revisions and agreement additions, and end existing contracts for inactive customers or for low usage; * Maintain detailed awareness of customer account needs and problems to recommend proactive corrective action and solutions; * Work in close partnership with other Revenue Management and Finance team members to ensure the timely resolution of issues, and to develop strong insight into customer behavior related to the use / misuse of contracts; * Enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries or activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics; * Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and customer inquiries; * Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics; * Perform simple background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities; * Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.

* Associates degree required; * One (1) plus years of professional, related experience; * Experience with Pricing, Contracts, SAP, strongly preferred; * Commercial awareness and understanding; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to maintain confidentiality; * Dedicated team player; * Excellent organizational skills; * Detail-Oriented; * Highly productive and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
