Pricing Manager

AppNexus is looking for a Pricing Manager to partner with the Product Team, Commercial Team, and executives to articulate our pricing strategy, create and maintain processes related to pricing, and collaborate on pricing for new products. The ideal candidate is analytical and quantitative, understands pricing dynamics, knows how to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and can work directly with senior executives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly visible role on our most strategic deals and to help standup new pricing policies and processes.

* Work with Product Line Managers to set and manage effective pricing strategy in the marketplace * Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to build processes around handling unique pricing deals * Perform high quality, sophisticated market analysis in relation to revenue initiatives and strategic pricing projects * Analyze large data sets * Present analysis, models and insights to executive team * Produce high quality stakeholder deliverables * Act as forcing function to establish, measure and apply pricing strategy for commercial sales

**About your skills:** * BS or BA with a strong emphasis and understanding of quantitative disciplines. MBA a plus. * 4-7+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Sales Operations, Product Management, or Marketing. * Experience in working with large data sets and creating custom models required * Experience in the following areas a plus: math programming, probability, statistics, forecasting, heuristics * Ability to communicate orally and visually to executive level teams in a consultative manor * Experience in programming in SQL or other Database languages a plus. A willingness to learn a must * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **More about you:** * You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
