Summary
Reporting directly to the Vice President – Foodservice Sales, this position is responsible for administrative support functions within the Sales group. This individual will work in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams and their primary focus will be client finance coordination and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
* Distribution Deduction & Reconciliation Support * Report deductions and payments to customers * Coordination of forecasting process * SAP Input Documentation and Maintenance – Distribution Program Specific * Liaison with Customer Finance to optimize identification / resolution of extraneous deductions * Major-Client Payment Reconciliation * SAP Input Documentation - CRM Tool Support (Client Management) * Program-specific Sales Tracking
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Post-Secondary Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar * Preferred Minimum 2-3 years experience with Accounting/Bookkeeping principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With the further ability to quickly become proficient in other software applications as may be required. * Excellent communication and relationship management skills to accommodate a diverse Client base, and to interact effectively with all levels and functions both inside and outside the Company. * Strong organizational and problem solving skills * Ability to multi-task and advance multiple projects concurrently. * The successful candidate will be a self-starter, project a professional image, with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop an understanding of the opportunity. **Physical Demands:** * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone keyboard and talk or hear. * Requires visual acuity to focus on desktop and/or laptop computer screen. * Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening. **Work Environment:** Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
