Territory Manager for a European Market Leader rapidly making an $100M investment into the U.S. market. Founded in 1969, they are a $240M company in a multi-Billion market that is expanding 9-11% annually.

This is a geographical based, relationship sale selling a premium product. With over 90 product lines covering every application in their niche they are the market leader. Due to the strength of their products they take a non-aggressive service based approach to sales.

Responsibilities

  • Growing from 10 to 40 sales reps in next 5 years

  • Investing $100M to bring manufacturing to U.S. Market

  • Financially conservative and strong parent company is close to $1B Globally

  • Goal is to grow from $42M to $90M in U.S. by 2018

  • Key Clients Include: Armani, Tiffany?s, Lexus and Hilton

Ideal Candidate
  • 2-8 Years Outside Sales Experience:

  • High activity, hunter

  • CRM proficient

  • Resourceful and Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Must be able to sell value/a premium product

  • Strong preference given to those who have sold building products, construction materials, construction tools (Milwaukee, Ryobi, Black and Decker)

Base Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 Average 1st Year Commissions: 20,000 Other Pay: Company car, benefits, uncapped bonus, etc. Other Pay: Yes
