- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategy and budget
- Mentor and grow sales teams across region
- Manage all aspects of the training and development process for Sales Managers
- Identify area of sales enhancement on the floor, and execute development strategy to fill the skill gap
- Regularly report on team/individual results
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
- Anchors the corporate culture and values within the sales team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience targeting SMB accounts
- 3+ years of management experience leading and training Sales managers
- Experience as a Sales Leader overseeing a 50-100+ inside sales team
- Energy, drive, passion and experience to build a world-class sales and operations organization
- Experience coaching and developing direct reports
- Influences others to action with both feverishness and a replicable style
- Demonstrated levels of dedication, prioritization, and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
