Responsibilities
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategy and budget
  • Mentor and grow sales teams across region
  • Manage all aspects of the training and development process for Sales Managers
  • Identify area of sales enhancement on the floor, and execute development strategy to fill the skill gap
  • Regularly report on team/individual results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
  • Anchors the corporate culture and values within the sales team
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience targeting SMB accounts
  • 3+ years of management experience leading and training Sales managers
  • Experience as a Sales Leader overseeing a 50-100+ inside sales team
  • Energy, drive, passion and experience to build a world-class sales and operations organization
  • Experience coaching and developing direct reports
  • Influences others to action with both feverishness and a replicable style
  • Demonstrated levels of dedication, prioritization, and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
