Responsibilities
* Work with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategy and budget * Mentor and grow sales teams across region * Manage all aspects of the training and development process for Sales Managers * Identify area of sales enhancement on the floor, and execute development strategy to fill the skill gap * Regularly report on team/individual results * Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity * Anchors the corporate culture and values within the sales team
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of B2B sales experience targeting SMB accounts * 3+ years of management experience leading and training Sales managers * Experience as a Sales Leader overseeing a 50-100+ inside sales team * Energy, drive, passion and experience to build a world-class sales and operations organization * Experience coaching and developing direct reports * Influences others to action with both feverishness and a replicable style * Demonstrated levels of dedication, prioritization, and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
