Summary
NationBuilder is looking for a highly organized, data-driven person with terrific communication skills for the position of Sales Operations Manager. This position reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales and is based in our Los Angeles headquarters. The Sales Operations Manager will partner closely with our sales team to drive revenue and create/implement high-quality reporting to help sales team members and company leadership to make data-driven decisions. The Sales Operations Manager will also help manage/improve the sales process, sales readiness, and sales tools.
Responsibilities
* NationBuilder CRM administration: building dashboards/reports, maintaining data integrity, and implementing new processes. * Build documentation for existing processes and proactively communicate improvements. * Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to creating pipeline visibility and building forecasts. * Provide analytics and reporting support for sales leadership team including forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarterly and annual reports. * Develop, implement and improve processes for effective and efficient sales operations. * Work with Sales Leadership Team to develop effective training programs for sales team. * Effectively distribute leads to the sales team and actively follow-up to ensure effective lead nurturing. * Work with various sales teams/segments to develop more efficient process of prioritizing and generating leads * Work with Vice President of WW Sales to build, implement and train the sales team on an optimized sales playbook.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years working in a sales organization in a sales operations/sales strategy role. * CRM administrator-level experience. * Demand generation, sales analytics, and reporting experience. * Driven, collaborative, and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. * Excellent written, verbal, and visual communicator (strong Powerpoint/Keynote and Excel skills) * Highly organized, detail-oriented perfectionist who loves numbers/metrics but is driven above all by helping the team to be successful. * Reliable executor – someone who sets the right expectations and delivers. * Experience with marketing automation software a plus. * Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company is a plus. * Inside sales experience a plus
