Summary
Unitrends is seeking an entrepreneurial, goal-orientated Account Executive (SMB) in our Burlington, MA sales office. Our culture fosters hard work, individual accountability, and execution. This position focuses on growing current customer accounts through solution selling, education, relationship development, and exceptional follow-through and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities with small and medium sized businesses. * Build and cultivate a relationship with Channel partners, those signed and registered organizations that resell the Unitrends product line in their local geographies or nationwide. * Develop a prospect pipeline to close business, meet personal revenue goals (quota) for the company’s products and services. * Cultivate, manage and track a high volume of sales opportunities within the Unitrends customer base. * Gain and maintain access to decision makers in current accounts. * Maintain account records in Unitrends Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Salesforce.com. * Develop a solid understanding of Unitrends products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development. * Demonstrate the initiative toward researching emerging technologies, trends and competitive information. * Ensure sales targets/ objectives/quotas are achieved quarterly and annually.

**Position Qualifications:** * Competitive and Committed to Winning * Excellent organization and communication skills * Entrepreneurial, Franchisee outlook on building a successful territory * Ability to work independently while leveraging internal resources * Experience accessing decision makers via phone * Desire to grow and expand one’s career * Business to Business (B2B) sales experience * Deliver quality client service to customers. * Ability to work in a high-energy, high-velocity environment * Ability to build strong relationships and ensure constant alignment between our sales strategy and needs. **Education and/or Experience:** A four (4) year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/institution in Marketing, Business or related field and five (5) years of experience in full cycle inside sales or an equivalent combination of skills, training, knowledge and abilities.
