RTN Federal Credit Union (RTN FCU) is seeking a customer-service-oriented individual for a full-time position (40 hours) based in our Waltham branch. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with the public. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for delivering a high level of service whether in person or over the phone. The successful candidate has worked in a team setting and has demonstrated an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assisting members with account inquiries and resolving any account problems
• Opening new share savings, checking, club and other accounts
• Cross selling member products and services, including extended warranty and Gap insurance
• Assisting members in the use of product service technology such as ATMs, banking by phone system (CU-TEL), Loan-by-Phone, Virtual Branch and any other e-commerce vehicles

• High School diploma (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Customer service experience in a financial institution
