The Roblox HR team provides quality support to employees and managers in areas relating to the employee life cycle and ensures these needs are met in a timely manner. The HR team is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented HR Representative who is passionate about building a great culture through people. The ideal person exhibits teamwork, motivation and a great attitude. This role will interface with all employees, interns and contractors and will be instrumental in helping the HR team scale as Roblox continues to grow.

* Be the HR liaison for the Roblox internship program; from on-boarding all the way to off-boarding all interns, accelerators and incubators * Maintain, manage and update data in our HR systems * Manage HR inbox, respond to first level HR inquiries and triage general HR/benefits questions * Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures * Partner with team to assist in new hire onboarding, and annual benefits open enrollment * Coordinate, plan and schedule required employee trainings (i.e. Anti-Harassment) and company surveys * Manage and maintain HR filing system * Complete employment verifications * Continually pursue ways to improve existing processes and implement best practices * Maintain a current knowledge of HR requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance * Support other processes, projects and team members as required

* Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience * 2+ years of experience in Human Resources * Ability to manage projects autonomously to completion * Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; a good sense of humor is a must * Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred * Knowledge of Immigration laws, a plus
