Summary
Thinknear is looking for an experienced digital and brand marketer to join our Sunnyvale team. This is an exciting role that will drive all digital campaigns, launches, and growth including marketing automation, lead generation, and advertising. You will help us create and manage an amazing blog with creative content that will stand out from the noise in the industry. You will also manage brand projects and have a strong influence on all content marketing. It’s a very exciting time to be in mobile, and we have big goals. We’re looking for a quick learner who is comfortable in a fast paced, iterative environment. You’re more of a scrappy growth hacker than a traditional marketer. You make data driven and analytical decisions, but you believe that strong branding and providing the best experience possible are also top priority. You pride yourself on being creative while maximizing results.
Responsibilities
* Own all digital campaigns, launches, and growth * Manage Thinknear's web and mobile properties including the blog * Manage marketing automation, workflows, lead generation and lead scoring * Drive traffic to all web properties, increasing reach and engagement * Lead digital advertising campaigns (search engine, social media, display, and retargeting) , paid placements, and SEO/SEM efforts * Project manage brand projects working with internal teams and outside resources
Ideal Candidate
* Intellectual firepower, a PASSION for digital technology (if you don’t love apps/smartphones/tech, this role isn’t for you), and an eye for great design * 8-12 years of digital and brand marketing experience, including experience managing online and mobile web properties and blogs * Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, social media platforms/tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, retargeting, and digital advertising * Must have experience with Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Excel * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills * Strong writing and proofreading skills including experience running an editorial calendar * Bonus points for agency experience
