Summary
In the role of Director, Demand Generation, you will oversee the Demand Generation strategy at Fluxx, working to build a predictable revenue channel for our business and lead a team that optimizes and scales our current Demand Generation efforts on a domestic and global level. We are currently driving hundreds of thousands in direct marketing revenue and are looking to significantly increase that number.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the Demand Generation function across marketing operations and systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) lead qualification, digital marketing and nurturing strategies and initiatives that drive direct business results * At the senior management level, articulate the relationship between spend and revenue and a predictable model that can be used as a key strategic lever to scale the business * Drive a culture of rapid test and learn to discover new and innovative ways to scale revenue and improve ROI * Improve productivity, inspire exceptional results, drive change and transform the business and team over time * Identify and recommend process improvement and tool enhancements
Ideal Candidate
* 4-6 years’ experience with a focus overseeing lead generation and customer acquisition activities, marketing operations, metrics and web analytics (SEO, SEM) * Inbound, data-driven, digital marketer with a proven track record of integrating content marketing and Demand Generation strategies to increase revenue and profit * Experience managing budgets where there is accountability for cost per lead and conversion metrics * Demonstrated experience managing, motivating and growing teams * Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills * Collaborate at all levels of organization, across groups, multi-task, strong project management skills, enterprise software (B2B) * Passionate about the philanthropic space * Experience with Demand Generation efforts through social media platforms (Facebook) preferred * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred * Google AdWords certification a plus * Bachelor’s degree
