Summary
Effectively perform the duties of the Recruiting Manager in an efficient manner within company policies and procedures. Ensures that all day to day recruitment activities of the Topeka, KS campus run smoothly and hit all hiring goals.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership to develop a recruitment strategy that will ensure the organization meets all financial and production goals. * Evaluate, recommend and implement creative, cost-effective recruitment strategies and recruitment processes. * Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels of the manufacturing plant and corporate functions. * Lead, mentor and develop Recruiters to ensure meeting recruitment department goals. * Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidate’s recruitment experience. * Manage all sourcing and candidate flow; social media platforms, career fairs, brand marketing, multimedia advertising and other resources to build a yearlong and active candidate flow. * Manage all recruitment reports; Cost Per Hire Report, Time to Fill Report, Active Open Positions Report and Source Data Tracking Report. * Build and maintain an extensive network of professional relationships and develop a large passive and active candidate pool in order to fill positions quickly, and with the most qualified talent. * Responsible for exploring potential external opportunities, events and partnerships to further C&S’s outreach, recruitment and sourcing efforts in the regional market. * Ensure data integrity is maintained within the Applicant Tracking System while, insuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP compliance regulations. * Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* 10 or more years of progressive experience in Recruiting, with a minimum of 2 or more years as a Recruiting Manager * Subject matter expertise in developing recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership * Outstanding leadership skills; high orientation for cross-functional influencing and teaming * Strong organizational & analytical skills, and problem solving ability – both strategic and tactical planning * Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and resilience is key * Proven ability to build and develop a dynamic recruitment team focused on delivering results that align with business needs and strategies * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels. * Excellent assessment and facilitation skill set to support hiring managers and Human Resources business partners * Strong organizational savvy, executive presence and relationship management skills to promote team interaction across the breadth of the organization and possess the ability to influence to bring about improvement and change * Creative and Out-of-the-Box thinker and strong problem solving skills to create a qualified and robust candidate pool * Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications * Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system a plus
