* supporting DMTN associates on a daily basis by answering questions, resolving conflicts, dealing with and recommending resolutions to complicated/difficult issues, promoting fairness, conducting investigations and similar type actions as they arise, * designing and developing project and policy materials related to Associate Relations issues in compliance with current HR related legislation, * developing presentations and teaching classes/speaking in front of groups and * building positive relationships with associates working in a variety of positions and settings. An individual serving in this capacity will work closely with exempt and non-exempt associates at all levels within the organization on a wide variety of issues.

* Bachelor's degree in a human resources or business related field and able to demonstrate competency in current HR related legislation. **Demonstrated ability to:** * work flexible hours including modified shifts (such as 6:00am start time and including overtime) as needed for extended periods * handle difficult issues * relate well to people * perform in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel * multi-task, including ability to effectively meet deadlines and manage time in a stressful environment * travel as needed * perform duties in an office and manufacturing area environment
