Summary
We are currently looking for high-energy, strategic, driven hunters with knowledge of technology and a solid business-to-business background. If this is you, the Field Account Executive role at Replicon could be the right fit for you. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products across industry verticals.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales quotas * Accurately track and forecast revenue * Drive a high quality sales cycle where all interactions help advance deals * Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with key decision makers * Articulate Replicon’s value proposition to prospects/executive level through in-person and web based meetings to advance and close new revenue opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
* 6+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales hunter experience * Successful history of selling PSA, PPM, HCM, WFM, or HRIS into large companies is a plus * Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CIO, CEO and CFO levels * Track record of success in carrying a quota of $1M at a minimum * Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions * Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills * Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS experience, and strong customer references preferred * Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Degree preferred
