Summary
Kinnser Software is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team. This person will focus on selling our unique Software as a Service that dramatically improves the Healthcare industry. This professional will be responsible for new business sales across our Great Lakes territory, and preferably based in Ohio or Michigan.
Responsibilities
* Follow-up on all sales leads within assigned territory to generate new prospects including marketing generated leads, web leads, Kinnser and industry sponsored event leads, and leads created by their Market Development partner * Ability to prospect and execute upon a plan to target Home Healthcare entities within assigned territory * Demonstrate product and technical knowledge in providing detailed and effective online and in-person product demonstrations * Ability to adapt and follow Kinnser Sales Process to maximize sales leads and sales opportunities through to closure * Track sales progress and activity in Salesforce.com on a weekly basis and complete monthly sales reports for senior management * Successfully hand-off new clients to Client Services for training and implementation * Provide feedback to Marketing and Tech Support in developing effective and professional sales and training materials for company capabilities and services * Assist Marketing in identifying prospects for new products and services * Attend industry trade events and Kinnser-sponsored customer events * Monitor competitors and propose changes in strategies/tactics for senior management review * Responsible for meeting assigned territory bookings goals
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of successful sales experience and proven ability to exceed sales goals (SaaS software sales experience preferred) Experience in healthcare technology sales is strongly desired * Ability to travel regularly to support assigned territory * Strong oral and written communication skills with a good sense of humor * Experience in effectively using a consultative selling style * Demonstrable proficiency with the Web, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Salesforce.com * Experience conducting product demonstrations, live and via web conferencing * Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment * Is creative, innovative, inquisitive and resourceful; can take initiative and think ahead
