Responsibilities
* Serving as the liaison between Relias and its customer base * Applying industry knowledge to ensure customers have the best products for their needs * Collaborating with our IT team for needed enhancements and solutions to the products offered * Conducting regular trainings and explaining technical concepts to customers * Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings
Ideal Candidate
* 8-10 years of experience within one of our core markets: * Senior Care * Health & Human Services, or * Intellectual & Development Disabilities * Background in Training, Compliance, and/or Administration is a huge plus * Experience managing projects, account management, or enterprise level customer support * High sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility
