- Serving as the liaison between Relias and its customer base
- Applying industry knowledge to ensure customers have the best products for their needs
- Collaborating with our IT team for needed enhancements and solutions to the products offered
- Conducting regular trainings and explaining technical concepts to customers
- Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings

8-10 years of experience within one of our core markets:
- Senior Care
- Health & Human Services, or
- Intellectual & Development Disabilities
- Background in Training, Compliance, and/or Administration is a huge plus
- Experience managing projects, account management, or enterprise level customer support
- High sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility
