Summary
The Customer Success team’s primary responsibilities are to manage client on-boarding, understand our clients’ business needs and identify areas for growth in their adoption of Work Market. Our clients rely on us to drive best practices, educate customers on the nuances of an on-demand workforce, manage relationships, identify opportunities, and above all, ensure that our customers LOVE Work Market.
Responsibilities
* Lead successful customer implementations including administering platform training, meeting timelines and managing budget requirements to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast. * Train customers on how the Work Market product will fit into their operational workflows while providing best practice consultation throughout the implementation and training experience * Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, maintain project plans and communicate status to all involved stakeholders both internally and within the client's organization. * Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness and thorough communication. * Continue to monitor and adapt best practices for implementation. * Configure customers accounts according to their implementation plan. * Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to ensure appropriate follow-up. * Measure and improve satisfaction scores of the customers implementation cycle.
Ideal Candidate
**Who You Are:** * Have excellent communication, presentation and client management skills. * Self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. * Capable of managing multiple projects at a time. * Manages both scope and scope change well, along with ability to estimate impact of scope change along with timeline and cost. * Strong leader with ability to command a group of individuals and be assertive. * Able to assess, improve and document operational processes, including creation of flowcharts and identifying business improvement plans. * Able to create deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project implementation plan. **Qualifications:** * 3+ years related experience required. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred. * Experience in 1099 workforce management preferred. * PMP Certified is preferred.
