Summary
Plan paid media across platforms for Regal marketing groups. Negotiate and implement print, online (social, digital, mobile) and OOH media buys that achieve digital marketing objectives. Create estimates, purchase media and manage the media team’s budget. Prepare media recommendations and end of campaign wrap-up reports. Run reporting on Google Analytics, CMS, Nielsen, etc. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and advertising. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to maximize support of their digital marketing communication needs. Research, analyze and increase knowledge of website and social industry trends, products and competition. Develop marketing strategies, objectives, targets and measures. Manage communication with agencies, creative department and PR. Supervise the Advertising Payable Manager.
Responsibilities
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proven project management skills and effective collaboration is essential to drive the execution of multiple tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines, schedule, cost and quality objectives. * Must have strong communication, organizational and project management skills and knowledge of the various phases of digital marketing, social media, ecommerce, marketing content development and production timelines. * Knowledge of mobile, social and emerging media. * Prepare media recommendation and end of campaign wrap-up reports * Provide media activity reports to management * Plan, negotiate and execute digital and mobile media campaigns with publishers * Manage and comply with numerous system, process and procedure protocols * Generate ad performance reports and provide optimization recommendations * Collaborate with the company’s departments and stakeholders to maximize support the achievement of their interactive and social media marketing communication needs and production goals and to continuously improve effective client services relations * Knowledge of integrated organic optimization (SEO), search engine management (SEM), social media optimization (SMO) and paid placement (PPC) * Understands the social media universe including: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vine, Instagram * Develop strong and trusting relationships with the company and cross-functional teams * Ensure all relevant interactive and social media tracking information and project data is properly entered in systems as directed * Schedule kick-off and team meetings based on requirements from the schedule targets * Manage product/partner information and selection for interactive campaigns * Research analyze and increase knowledge of interactive and social media industry trends, products and competition * Participate in interactive industry and professional organizations * Create value through out of box innovative and custom online programs * Strong team management skills, excellent team player * Excellent skill management of multiple projects in intense deadline environment * Detailed knowledge of interactive and social media content development and ecommerce * Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills * Detail oriented while owning and holding larger interactive initiatives and project perspectives
Ideal Candidate
* College graduate preferred but not required. * Minimum 3 years of media planning and buying. * Experience in the areas of Digital, Social Media, Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions. * Theatre industry experience helpful but not required. * Must have good reading, writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers. * Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Background and basic knowledge of web code including html, CSS, Flash, Word processing, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Database software, project management tools and Sharepoint.
