Founded in 1999 by Tom Atchison, whose professional experience spans the hotel, real-estate, insurance housing, and temporary housing industries, National Corporate Housing provides temporary housing throughout the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region.
National Corporate Housing is looking for a Director of Marketing who will be responsible for managing all marketing channels and resources to meet corporate objectives and overall organizational strategy.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to support corporate goals
- Provide marketing and business development support to the operations and sales teams
- Cultivate B2B leads for our sales teams
- Create sales support tools including collateral, promotional items, and presentation material
- Manage CRM system to assist with our sales efforts
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to produce professional proposals
- Position, support, and promote the NCH brand
- Manage marketing channels for each business unit
- Oversee the development of all marketing creative
- Manage all aspects of print production
- Work with web development team to maintain, measure, and monitor website performance
- Partner with web development team to manage and measure SEO
- Oversee social media and incorporate into overall marketing strategy
- Support company’s direction with public relations including writing and tracking press releases
- Lead internal and external communications programs
- Work with suppliers to create innovative programs and ensure cost efficiency
- Manage the marketing department budget
- Manage, monitor, and measure digital marketing efforts
- Monitor NCH brand online presence
- Execute, monitor, and report customer satisfaction survey
- Provide updates on marketing activities to senior management
- Provide recommendations on advertising and sponsorship opportunities
- Supervision, management and mentoring of marketing team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
- 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role with B2B marketing responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, B2B marketing, and buyer behavior
- Proven B2B marketing success
- Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process
- Must be able to generate B2B leads for the sales team
- Experience supervising, managing and mentoring junior marketing professionals
- Experience developing and implementing of marketing and communications plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Adept at project management and organization
- Ability to work effectively in situations driven by deadlines or which require flexibility
- Strong knowledge of web platforms and analytics software, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Basic understanding of graphics design and Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web functionality
- Strong understanding of digital and social media practices
