Summary
We’re looking for experts in search engine marketing (SEM) and paid media marketing to join our team as a Paid Search Associate, a position that is key to our company’s long-term growth and successes with our partners. You’ll need to think strategically and execute tactically as you will be responsible for creating, implementing and analyzing paid search campaigns for our partners and driving overall digital performance to increase revenue and customer acquisition. It is a highly visible role, both within Red Ventures and with our external partners. You’ll be charged with identifying opportunities to drive revenue, and instilling data-driven best practices across the company. If you like data, marketing and analytics, you’ve come to the right place. As a Paid Search Associate, you’ll be working with top-tier national brands and will operate without budget constraints. Our team is a rare marriage of in-house and agency search roles - full funnel ownership, coupled with the impact and stability of in-house opportunities, combined with the high risk/high reward, diverse partner base and experienced teammates that you typically find in agency roles. Oh, and proprietary, built in-house tools that allow you to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
* Ideation, creative strategy and execution of paid search campaigns on nationally recognized brands with no budgets * Continue to develop your skills and learn from some of the best and brightest paid search thought-leaders in the industry * You will have full ownership of the strategy, execution and success of paid search campaigns – you won’t just talk about your dreams of brilliantly built campaigns, you will execute on them * Work hand-in-hand with our incredible teams, including the engineers building our proprietary technology, our web designers and developers working on our websites, and our customer experience teams building top-notch digital experiences
Ideal Candidate
* Data lovers and analytically-minded people with a passion for search marketing and pay-per-click campaigns. * 2-5 years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in paid search marketing * Data-driven marketers with superior analytical and quantitative skills who think creatively to decide testing methodologies and optimize campaigns to deliver results * Experience working within a complex scope of paid digital marketing including: campaign planning and execution in multiple platforms, keyword identification and targeting, bid management and strategy, and measurement/results analyses. * Experience in Google Adwords and Yahoo/Bing BingAds – Facebook Ads a plus – building and maintaining campaigns with strategic organization * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
