Summary

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Development Representative. In this role you will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels while working 1:1 with your Account Executive to acquire new business. As a Sales Development Representative at Radius, you will build valuable client facing experience while partnering with AE’s and experienced Sales leaders to continue grow your career!

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify and profile target accounts for Radius solutions in a territory
  • Execute sustained email and outbound call campaigns to decision makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Schedule calls and meetings to introduce Radius solutions to prospects and qualify interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects in Salesforce.com for your assigned territory
  • Become a trusted resource and develop high quality relationships with prospective customers
  • Achieve qualified meetings and opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketing software industry
Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of strong cold-calling experience in the software industry
  • Detail-oriented, focusing on monitoring lead follow-up and sales development
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, Salesforce.com)
  • Fast learner, adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and corresponding value propositions
  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points:

  • Formal sales training, e.g., Solution Selling, Miller Heiman, Sandler, or similar
  • Past experience prospecting into sales and marketing functions
  • Passionate about technology
