Summary
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Development Representative. In this role you will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels while working 1:1 with your Account Executive to acquire new business. As a Sales Development Representative at Radius, you will build valuable client facing experience while partnering with AE’s and experienced Sales leaders to continue grow your career!
Responsibilities
* Research, identify and profile target accounts for Radius solutions in a territory * Execute sustained email and outbound call campaigns to decision makers and influencers in target accounts * Schedule calls and meetings to introduce Radius solutions to prospects and qualify interest * Maintain and expand database of prospects in Salesforce.com for your assigned territory * Become a trusted resource and develop high quality relationships with prospective customers * Achieve qualified meetings and opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives * Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketing software industry
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements:** * Minimum of 1+ years of strong cold-calling experience in the software industry * Detail-oriented, focusing on monitoring lead follow-up and sales development * Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills * Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, Salesforce.com) * Fast learner, adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and corresponding value propositions * Bachelor's degree **Bonus Points:** * Formal sales training, e.g., Solution Selling, Miller Heiman, Sandler, or similar * Past experience prospecting into sales and marketing functions * Passionate about technology
