Specifically this leader is responsible for developing and managing organizational process and procedures to be followed when engaging, selecting, on-boarding, managing and monitoring vendors. This leader will also be responsible for developing and providing standard reporting to provide visibility into vendor performance.

* Lead the vendor management program globally across the People Organization; reporting to the Director, MyHR Programs & Vendor Solutions. * Implement and manage a global vendor management program across the People Organization in conjunction with established requirements of the Global Vendor Management Team. * Understand and apply policies, standards and processes established by the Global Vendor Management Team. * Communicate, educate and enforce a common and consistent approach to vendor management within People Organization. * Understand all relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements to ensure the vendors are meeting the requirements. * Establish close working relationships with key business and corporate partners; particularly, global vendor management outsourcing management, compliance, information security, privacy, legal, internal audit and line-of-business vendor management leads. * Ensure visibility to leadership of all People Organization vendors. Provide cost, performance, gap analysis data as a means to ensure the People Organization is receiving the expected level of service and performance from our vendors. * Support, analyze and act as a resource for the implementation and management of supplier information. * Serve as a point of contact, with the vendor management owner to resolve vendor management escalations and/or performance concerns.

* BS/BA degree in related field required or equivalent professional work related experience. * 10+ years in vendor management or procurement functions. * Minimum 10 years of experience within a regulated industry; preferably at a financial institution. * Experience must include direct involvement in implementing a vendor management program. * Global experience preferred. * Project Management and Business analysis skills preferred. * Ability to influence and drive action in a matrix environment. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
