Group Product Manager of OAO

Kforce has a client in San Francisco, California (CA) that is searching for a Group Product Manager - Online Account Opening. This position reports directly to the Head of Digital Sales with primary responsibility for all Online Account Opening activity, including product management, business analysis, vendor management, operations and delivery of multiple large-scale initiatives.

* 10+ years of digital product management experience (financial services and/or online account opening ideal but not required) and agile/iterative development * Solid experience with systems integration, payment processing, secure data transfer, usability and user-centered design, vendor relationship management and back office operations * Proven ability to engage, motivate and lead a product team, drive effective product strategy and efficient delivery * Strengths must include data/input syntheses, resolving conflicts with minimal noise, and rapidly building consensus across teams of analysts, project managers, developers, designers, business lines, marketing, compliance, legal, etc * Must display exceptional leadership, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable with executive-level engagement * Willing and able to pitch in on tactical activities including writing/refining requirements and personally ensuring quality and completeness of project artifacts * Comfortable in an extremely collaborative and highly matrixed environment that prioritizes relationships and efficiency over bureaucracy and hierarchy
