* Supervise the ADP Assistance Center and ADP Technicians that provides rotational support for JRTC's distinct automation hardware and software * Coordinate with the Fort Polk Network Enterprise Center (NEC) * Responsible for maintaining and scheduling preventative maintenance on JRTC hardware that includes, but is not limited to the JRTC Operations Group Local Area Network (LAN), connectivity architecture, personal computer systems, and associated peripherals, servers, and networking equipment * Supervises the installation and configuration of server operating system (OS), commercial off the shelf (COTS), and government off the shelf (GOTS) software and hardware * Establishes Standard Operating Procedures which include response to work orders is accomplished telephonically or on-site in accordance with performance measurement criteria * Maintains a monthly report of work performed, technician certifications, other reports as directed, and serves as required the conduit for ADP enterprise activities as directed by the customer

* Possess professional education along with military and/or civilian supervisory experience commensurate with management of all aspects of computer operations * A Computing Technology Industry Association (COMPTIA) A+ certification * Microsoft Certified Engineer with an Information Assurance Officer certification
